Mahindra SkillAssist ("Application", "App") is a digital training and assessment platform
developed by Cusmat Technologies for use within the Mahindra ecosystem.
Cusmat Technologies acts as the data processor/service provider, while Mahindra acts as the
data controller for its employees' data.
1. Introduction
Mahindra SkillAssist provides interactive SOP-based training simulations and performance
assessments for authorized users within the Mahindra network. The Application is intended
for internal training and professional development purposes only.
Training modules utilize Unity WebGL technology hosted on secure servers
(webgl.cusmat.com) to deliver immersive 3D simulation experiences.
